              The material is of a mixed nature and also includes some administration files, such as venue/artist contracts, correspondence, and technical/set and costume design material. Note: Other administrative material relating to touring, production development, funding, contracts etc. is contained within the main 'Production Administration' section of files.

              File 1 - Includes an overview of the production and related documents, such as artistic policy of Pan Pan, outline of the project ('Martin Assassin'), production timetable and itinerary, income and expenditure projects, scenario of the play, History of Pan Pan Theatre, Pan Pan member profile, C.V.s of principles involved, copy of work in progress script for 'Martin Assassin of His Wife', summary.

              File 2: A4 multi-section notepad, with manuscript draft versions and outlines for "Martin Assassin of his Wife", other working titles are "The Bacherlorhood of Martin", "The Wedded Bliss of Martin and Isobel", "Martin the Night Beast".
              NOTE: Final section of the notebook is a manuscript script entitled "Mademoiselle Flic Flac in the Red Room", later produced by Pan Pan.

              File 3: Typescript of script for the play; manuscript summary of each scene of the play; typed and annotated notes and summaries of each scene; A4 loose pages in manuscript, with notes and outline for the play, with attached letter, unsigned, "Gavin, Aideen, As you know I'm interested in writing a play for Pan Pan . . . ".

              File 4: Includes shorthand spiral notebook with notes, drawings, and related material on "Martin Assassin ..."'               File 1 includes typed script of the play, with manuscript direction notes on reverse of last page; list of all scenes in each act of the play; printed programme from the Parnassos theatre in Utrecht, Netherlands, following a tour to Gdansk and Olsztyn in Poland and a planned tour to Marburg in Germany"; press release from the show and also from previous Pan Pan plays, 'Tailors Requiem and of 'Martin Assassin of His Wife'; fax correspondence with publicity images and information for 'Peep Show'; and design information for brass musical instruments.
              File 2 contains A4 spiral bound notebook with detailed notes and outlines of the play, with character outlines, draft notes and written scenes from the play, technical specification and direction notes, some draft correspondence by Gavin Quinn, as well as notes on general Pan Pan business of the time. (c. 200pp).
              File 3 includes a full typescript of the play with detailed annotation throughout, also includes technical specifications, lighting designs and cue sheets, and other related stage management material.
              File 4 includes manuscript character drawings and pencil sketches for a marching dictator character.

              Production notebooks by annie Ryan from Corn Exchange production of Everyday, by Michael West in collaboration with the company, directed by Annie Ryan.
              Notebook 1 includes notes and writings about characters in the play, costume and design, preview and tech rehearsal notes, edits and "things to change"; tech notes and actor notes from various previews. Later section of the notebook includes notes on the future planning and development of The Corn Exchange Theatre Company. Ryan notes and thoughts on future work, 5-10 year plans, touring plans and schedules, creating, training, mission, structure, and goals of the company and general comments and notes on future development plans.

              Notebook 2 has a clear plastic cover, A5 size, and with cover title of "Everyday - Rehearsals Sept 2006". Includes detailed notes from the rehearsals of Everyday. Daily and weekly rehearsal notes, rehearsal schedules, character notes, tech and FX notes, character/actor notes, and general director notes on the production in development.

              Notebook 2 - dated March 2009 and labelled as "Freefall - Devising/Exploration", with notes of daily/weekly session, notes of production meetings, drawings, notes etc.
              Notebook 3 - No date with label of "Freefall - Rehearsals", with notes on the rehearsal process of Freefall.
              Notebook 4 - No date, notebook from "Freefall - Tech and Previews" with detailed notes and comments.
              Notebook 5 - dated 2010 - Labelled "Freefall - Afterlife"- Notes and writings by Annie Ryan on the future direction and possible revisions for the play.
