Letter from Éamonn [ ], Dalkey, County Dublin, to Eugene and Rita, asking if they had received his letter that summer. He had managed to sell the house and have a baby boy and all were well. Asks if Carolan was ready, and hopes to hear from them soon.

Letter from Éamonn O Ciosáin, Blackrock, enclosing his report on the Writing Workshop. States that he will be going back to France in a day or two, and that he enjoyed himself at the workshop very much [in Irish].

Letter from Éamonn Ó Ciosáin, An Charraig Dhubh, Co. Baile Átha Cliath, to Eoghan Ó Tuairisc apologising for not forwarding the photographs from Galway to him yet. He comments that he was somewhat disappointed by the play. Asks if he would be interested in talking to an Cumann Litearachta. Comments that Mairtín Ó Direáin hasn't been in Galway in two years, and would be happy to attend a meeting of writers [in Irish].

Letter from Éamonn Ó Ciosáin, An Charraig Dhubh, Co. Baile Átha Cliath, hoping he is well, and asking if he would be available for a poetry reading during Éigse na hOllscoile [in Irish].

"Letter from Éamonn Ó Ciosáin, Blackrock, County Dublin, to Eoghan Ó Tuairisc saying that he heard from the Slogadh lads that he had been on a brief visit to Dublin to see them. He also read his interview with ""Inniu"" which he thought was very good. He is sorry to hear that he can't come to the poetry evening, commenting that it hadn't been great the previous two years. He also comments on the Cearbhalláin music book his brother had, and that he is now working in a music store with Micheál Davitt as his boss. Tells of a letter from Diarmuid Ó Suilleabháin and the refusal of Sáirseal & Dill of ""Ualach Asail"". Says that he tries his best [in Irish]."

"Letter from Éamonn Ó Ciosain, An Charraig Dhubh, Co. Baile Átha Cliath, to Rita and Eoghan, apologising for not writing sooner as he was in France. His brother thanks them for the book, and he is seeking to create a musical piece from ""Amhrán Muighe Seola"". He comments that he has been offered a job teaching English and Irish in France, and that the new Editor of Feasta had been onto him looking for an article. Says he visited Máirtin Ó Direáin, commenting that he was very lonely as it was Christmas, and saying that he wanted to return to Galway [in Irish]."

Letter from Éamonn Ó Ciosáin, Blackrock, County Dublin, to Eoghan Ó Tuairisc, commenting that Pádraic Heicéid said he was awake in France and asleep in Ireland! Gives news of his life teaching business English and Irish at the University of Rennes. Ends by congratulating them on their new book of poetry [in Irish].

Letter from Earnan de Blaghd, 50 Cearnog Chinsilm, Rath gCearr, Áth Cliath, to Síghle Bairéad, 67 Bóthar an Racirdair, Baile Átha Cliath 12, stating that the papers that she refers to in her letter were not received by the Department of Finance during his time as Minister. He states that any such paper would be in the possession of the National Library if it came into state hands [in Irish].
