The tenants are James Murphy, Thomas Ford, John Fleming, Martin Murphy, John Garvey, Pat Moran, Thomas Kean, Patrick Moran, Andrew Higgins, Michael Kean, William Burke, James Donoghe, Patrick Donoughe, Darby Donoughe, Patrick Quinn, Edmond Kelly, Patrick Fury, and John Fury. Copy of Letter from Thomas O'Conor Donelan, Sylane, to John Joyce, Caltra Park, asking for the return of the lease as his lease on the lands of Gurthenaskey has expired.
Copy of letter from Thomas O'Conor Donelan, Sylane, to John Joyce, Caltra Park, saying that he has received his letter giving possession over but not saying when. He states that possession would in no way diminish his claims for compensation. He states that he has no wish to get rid of him as the tenant and that they can agree on terms.

He also informs him that the Surveyor feels that he is charging too much for the lands.

Letter from William Cruic, Cruic Lachan, to Thomas O'Conor Donelan, apologising that he did not have the money for him when he met at the fair in Tuam as his son had gone to Dublin with the money by mistake and enclosing same.
