Draft of deed of lease between Thomas O'Conor Donelan of Sylane of the first part, his wife Elizabeth of the second part, and William Joseph Burke of Ower of the third part. Gives the details of the marriage settlement between Thomas O'Conor Donelan and Elizabeth Burke in 1851, under which the lands of Bushfield, otherwise Gortneskehy, would be used by Thomas O'Conor Donelan during his life and then revert to the heirs of William Joseph Burke. Under the Encumbered Estates Court the lands were demised onto the heirs of Marcia Burke by Thomas O'Conor Donelan.

Deed of assignment between Richard Rawson of Nassau St., Dublin, and Mary Anne Ferrall, his niece. He grants her the judgement which he obtained against Dermott Donelan in 1808.

Fair copy of deed of assignment of four judgements against Dermott Donelan, Ann Melville, otherwise O'Connor, Thomas Donelan and Mable his wife, all of Woodquay, of the first part, Alicia and Margaret Donelan, daughters of Thomas and Mable and nieces of Ann, of the second part. It follows the marriage settlement of Dermott O'Connor of Beagh, County Galway and Mable O'Fflyn, daughter of Edmond of Surlagh, County Galway in 1737. It recites four judgements obtained from the King's Bench in the eighteenth century against Dermott Donelan which are demised onto Alicia and Margaret Donelan.

Deed of lease between Anne Melville, widow, and Dermot Donelan of Sylane of the first part, and Thomas Milet, Patrick Milet, Mark Roche, Charles McDonnell, James Linnane, William Donough, John Cahill, John Finegan Jnr. and Martin Finegan, all of Woodquay. It grants them 72 acres of the lands of Woodquay as drawn up by Michael Doyle, Land Surveyor. To hold for the life of Patrick Kelly, Shopkeeper, Tuam, or for twenty-two years at £1.6.0 per acre per annum. Also ink and paper sketch of the holdings of Thomas Milet and partners, Thomas Hynes and partners, and the gardens and plots for the village of Woodquay.

Lease between Anne Melville, widow, of Woodquay, and Dermot Donelan of Silane of the first part, and Thomas Hynes, John Reilly, John Finegan snr, Michael Boyle, Thomas Kenney, Patrick Donoghoe, John Killawore and John Moran, all of Woodquay, farmers.
They are granted the 62 acres as outlined by Michael Doyle, Surveyor, at £1.6.0 per acre per annum, for the natural life of Patrick Kelly of Tuam, shopkeeper, or twenty-two years.

Deed of lease between Dermot Donelan of Silane of the first part, and Thomas O'Conor Donelan of Silane, of the second part, granting the lands of Beaghroe. To hold for the natural life of Dermot Donelan at £30 per annum.

Deed of lease between Dermot Donelan of Silane, County Galway of the first part, and Pat McDermott and William Crishine of Silane, yeomen. It consists of the lands of Sylane, bound by the high road, Lismore Park, eleven acres known as Gortinula, and an acre to the west of John Gannon's house known as Loughanleagh. To hold for three lives or 31 years, for a yearly rent of £15.8.0.

Deed of lease between Dermot Donelan of Silaun, and William Nuel Junior and James Nuel, both of Silane, County Galway. He grants to them the lands lately held by William Nuel Senior, as well as that part of cut-away bog on the left hand side of the road from the Forge to Clonkeely, containing thirteen acres. They are to hold it for 31 years at £17.7.5.
