Copy letter from Dermot O'Conor Donelan, Sylan, Tuam to Mr Daly stating that it was several years since the deaths of Mr Gannon and his father. He states that Mrs Donelan seems to have had a life interest in the property, but that he has found nothing in the papers to suggest that his father had any dealing with the property in question. Also copy of same.
Postal telegraph from [ ], at the Four Courts in Dublin, to Mr Donelan, Sylan, Tuam, telling him John has been appointed.

Deed of release between Richard Rawson and Marcia his wife, to Dermot O'Connor relating to judgements won against him in the Court of King's Bench by Patrick Flynn in 1758, and another judgement obtained by John Trewlis against Dermot O'Connor in 1772. Dermot is released from these judgements for the sum of £500.
Later nineteenth century copy of rental and valuation of lands mentioned in the settlement of 1811. It gives tenants names for each demesne, including Trienbane, Sylane, Pullnamal and Beagh Donelan & Beagh Roe, giving a total valuation as £309.7.9 [very fragile].
