Pen and paper map of the lands of Dermot Donelan in Gurthnaskegh, Carton, situated in the parish of Bullaun, barony of Loughrea. It covers the three plots covering fifty acres. It is drawn by John Kennedy.

Ink, colour washes and paper map entitled "a Rough Draft of Freenbanlough, Part of the estate of Thomas O'Conor Donelan", drawn up by James Byrne. The lands consist of bog and reclainable bog. The tenants are listed as Michael McDonough, Thomas Moylan, Patrick Leonard and John Brien.

Coloured inks and paper map of the lands of Thomas O'Conor Donelan held by James Sheehan in the townland of Cuilmore bear Peterswell, containing 53a. 2r. 18p. It gives the sub-tenants as Lyons, Rev. Grealy, Fenaghty and Quin. It also shows houses as well as the Post Office, barrack and school in Peterswell, as well as the newly constructed drain.

Account book containing list of expenses etc. paid by [Dermott O'Conor Donelan] for his son William since he was bound, including expenses for classes etc., as well as payments to Dr. Flood.

Notebook containing abstracts of settlements and legal judgements upon the estate. Includes abstracts from the will of Loughlin O'Connor to his son Dermot and his heirs of the lands of Comeshinnig, barony of Ballintubber, County Roscommon, 73 acres in the quarter of Bleagh, in the parish and barony of Dunmore in County Galway, as well as Graige and Carrownetanley, the four quarters of Coylishally and Sillane, as well as other lands mentioned (24 Oct., 1706). Also notes charges placed on the lands in the eighteenth century.

Copy of Disentailing Deed between Dermot O'Conor Donelan of Sylane, County Galway and Francis Morris Fisher of Tuam. He renounces rights to the lands of Trienbane, Wood Quay, Polnemal otherwise Poulnemal and Sylane, all in the Barony of Clane. Also Beagh, formerly held by Robert G Flynn and Beaghs, formerly held by Patrick Nolan and Robert Nally, all in the barony of Dunmore. Also the lands of Jockey Hall, otherwise Peterswell, Lycknabeg, the commonage of Lycknabeg, the lands of Bushfield, otherwise Gorthnaskelry.

Later nineteenth century copy of the will of Col. Nicholas Donelan, copied by Dermot O'Conor Donelan in the Four Courts. He grants a life interest in the lands of Nenagh, County Tipperary, leased by Mr Beardman, to his wife Martha Donelan, as well as lands in Laeka held from the Duke of Ormonde, and their dwelling house in William St., Dublin, as well as the house on the comer of Castle Street and Fishamble St. held by his nephew Dean Reader. He states that the lands of Johnstown, Ross Ballina, Ballinrin, Knocknavilla and the rectory of Tullerghanague are to be demised to his eldest son James, as well as the three houses in Skinner's Row known as the Pestle and Mortar, held by Mr. Richard Wilkenson. It also refers to other properties in counties Dublin and Meath, as well as codicils dates 1704-5.
