Letters patent of Charles II under the Acts of Settlement to Sir Henry Lynch, grants him the lands from Cloonlaghine to Ballynello inclusive in the barony of Carra, County Mayo, as well as the sits of the Black Abbey of Annaghdown and of Monasterfin, along with the lands of Lisduffe and Graingbegg in Co. Galway, with right of reversion to the Earl of Clanricard and subject to an annual rent of 15s. to the Earl.
