Letters relating to an attempt by one of Mabel Treavor’s uncles to meet with Justice James O’Kinealy in London to object to the marriage of his niece and Fredrick O’Kinealy in a Protestant Church in Calcutta. In reply James stands by the couple’s decision and comments that there is no prohibition on it. He also forwards the correspondence to his son, commenting “What an awful lot they are!”
