Letter from the Officer Commanding the Irish Division of the Ordnance Survey, Phoenix Park, Dublin to E & G Stapleton. He states that the matter raised in relation to title of two portions in Ballyvorgal North is a matter for the Land Judge Examiner. The order of survey made no mention of Ballyvorgal North but included the entire townland of Ballyvorgal Beg. He states that his surveyor concluded that a bona fide exchange had been effected, and that an 'Order for Exchange' might be issued in the matter.
