Letter from Pat Minton, Aughrim Hill, to GR Wade, stating that he has no more money as he has given him as he has to go to Court. He comments that the old rent would be too much as there was a rack-rent on it, and that neither he nor his father ever intended to pay that. He goes on to recount the problems he has faced in relation to the stock and storm damage, and asks him to decide what he considers fair to be paid.
