Letter to Canon Hayes from 'W.R.' regarding the chemical engineering firm Sungmaster & Breyer ('Some months ago I interested a New York firm of chemical engineers in the possibility of Ireland manufacturing its own nitrogenous fertilizer, such as ammonium sulphate'). The author goes into the logistical details of operating such a plant. He writes that he has wrote about the idea to others who passed it up the line to Cemici Teo. but have heard nothing back.
