"Letter from Seámus Ó Duilearga, Coimisiún Bealoideasa Éireann, Coláiste Ollscoille, Baile Átha Cliath 2 to Ciarán Bairéad, thanking him for bringing Mrs Salem to Aran, and she was full of praise for him. He complains that the current issue of Béaloideas caused him a lot of trouble. He comments that the tale Cailleach Bhéarnach comes from Hyde's Scéal Gaedhealach, and comments that this version is of value because of its linguistic context. He says that he would like to meet up with him before he goes to the Faroes, ""as my colleagues seem to have no problems - literary, linguistic, folkloristic, at any rate"". "
