TS letter from Streb, Second Vice President in Charge of the 1970 Convention, New York State Council for the Social Studies, for the attention of Brian Heron, inviting Bernadette Devlin to speak at the group's annual conference on the theme of World Minorities, Viewpoints and Perspectives. Attached is a TS copy letter of response from Heron saying "We are greatly honoured at receiving this request" and will forward the request onto the Civil Rights Association.
