Murray writes in response to Canon Hayes' articles on 'The Vanishing Irish' and states that while he has no doubts of Canon Hayes' sincerity and efforts, 'your hands are tied'. Murray outlines his own experiences as a Irish expatriate from Raphoe, County Donegal, and rails against capitalism. He outlines his party's plan for reformation of the economic system and states that he looks forward to a new Ireland under his party where 'real social justice and true Christianity will go hand in hand.'
