Letter from Monsard [Hamill], Loughrea, to Thomas O'Conor Donelan, Sylane, stating that he had received his letter offering Joyce's tenant lands at 20/-. He has spoken to the tenant who states that he cannot pay more than £24 for the lands, but that he feels that the land is poor. He also informs him that the Surveyor feels that he is charging too much for the lands.
