Letter to Canon Hayes from his nephew Michael Hayes, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, following up on a letter written earlier that day (P134/12/1/1/1/163). He writes that he and Lilly are saving up for a down payment on a flat somewhere in London, and that his employer will give him a job anywhere in the world. Michael wants to go to the United States but Lilly will not. He asks Canon Hayes to visit their baby daughter in Mitchelstown, and that has not been able to see her since she was two weeks old. Michael closes by passing on information about an industrial manufacturing firm in Chesterfield.
