"Letter from Maíre Bean Uí Cleírigh, Enniscrone, to An tAthair Mhic an Mheidh, Ballyhaunis, County Mayo, thanking him for forwarding the money. She tells him that Eamonn is in Dublin, and complains that she does not know what she will have to do to get the newspaper to sell in her area [in Irish]. Enclosed a copy of a letter from Mary Clarke to Mr Gillespie of the ""Connaught Telegraph"", stating that Eamonn Gannon is in dublin and unable to attend to the business of the paper at that moment, and asks him to be merciful."
