Scope and content

Letter from Laurence Storey, Aughrim, land agent, to G.R. Wade, hoping that he is fine again, and able to visit them. He says that there is no waste of hay in Ardress, which is an improvement. He says that Mrs. Minton has been two years due on the rent, commenting that she has a rich sister from America living with her, and one year's rent would suffice. He informs him that W Wade has surrendered the houses and cabins bought from Mrs Persse.
