Letter from Laurence Storey, land agent, Aughrim to G.R. Wade, saying that J Loughlin will go to Templemore, and that he will not need anyone else if there is no more than a score of cattle to be driven. He states that he has had the surveyor lay out Kelly's garden, but that he will do nothing until Mr Wade has inspected it. Pat Minton will call to Dublin to settle the rent. He states that they will cut no more until Mr Wade has inspected what they have done.
