Letter from John Brady in which he writes of having forwarded the names of the tenants in arrears to Mr Walton for the quarter sessions at Ennis. He suggests that John Wilson Lynch does not instigate proceedings against the tenants as they are having difficulties in disposing of their cattle due to the fall in prices. He elaborates of John Murphy's [bailiff] injury incurred in a fight.
