Scope and content

Letter from James Perry, County Surveyor's Office, Galway, to Father J Molony, stating that he has been looking at the problem of the road. He writes that nothing can be done until the Spring Assizes, but that Stephen Donohue will repair the road. He states that the law presupposes that the ratepayers would apply for repairs, and that the situation, while irregular, is common enough.
