Letter from James A Grant in which he writes that Mr Palmer and Mr Andrews suggest the proposal of a meeting between John Wilson Lynch and the Congested Districts Board to discuss through traffic. Although the Company's contract expires at the end of the month he suggests that John Wilson Lynch does not travel to Dublin to meet the Board until he is stronger. Enclosure extract from the Company's letter to the Secretary of the Congested Districts Board (28 September 1901).
