Letter to Canon Hayes from Frank Monks, fire loss assessor, following a fire at Kilmoyler Church that damaged the sacristy and vestibule. The letter acknowledges receipt of Canon Hayes' letter of 14 June 1955 and asking him to 'stop worrying, and let the Builders prepare and finish an Estimate as requested… …I repeat stop worrying about the back of the Altar or anything else.' The letter also notes that M/S Prescotts 'have the Vestments in hand' hope to have them delivered to Canon Hayes by the end of the week, and that he has not heard from the electrical contractors.
