Wink, Executive Editor, World Medical Journal, to Madge Davison, N.I.C.R.A., discussing an investigation and report into the pressure on medical staff in Northern Ireland from the authorities, police or army to "Give an opinion whether a detainee is medically fit to undergo further interrogation." Wink outlines how he has seen "truly shocking photos of people who have been maltreated while detained" and asks of Miss Davison if she/the N.I.C.R.A. could supply any images for publication.
