Letter from Boyle to Edwina Stewart, Secretary of the Northern Ireland Civil Rights Association, N.I.C.R.A., and copies to Hurst Hannum, regarding cases of brutality and ill treatment in Northern Ireland that Boyle and Hannum will present the European Commission on Human Rights in Strasbourg. Boyle asks of Stewart to record in detail any such cases brought to the attention of the N.I.C.R.A. and thanks her for the support of the N.I.C.R.A. "in getting this far in this important case."
