Scope and content
3 sets of notes written by Canon Hayes for a lecture in which he criticises the Anglo-Catholic movement in the Church of England that developed out of the Oxford Movement/Tractarianism. Canon Hayes criticises its mixture of Catholic and Protestant teachings ('If the Catholic Church was right before the reformation, she is the same Catholic Church today so either reject her completely or take her whole & entire.'), and asks its adherents to 'come home' to the Catholic Church.
