Lease of lands held in common in Derravohy, Bann, Carrowdangan, Knockatanvally and Develish in the parish of Killeadan. The parties are the Rev. Frederick Trench of Ballynakill, Queen's County to Anthony Ormsby of Ballinamore. It is for a term of three lives, Anthony's along with his eldest sons Thomas and Adam, for a rent of £40 p.a. Includes a map by John [Bagtwen], 30 March 1747. Witnesses are Christopher Bowen, Anthony Brabazon and Henry Garvey.
