Materials pertaining to three applications (nos. 28293/95 (Kurdish Litigation Project case 194), 29494/95 and 30219/96) lodged by Kasım, Cemal, Sultan, Arife, Nuriye, Kemal, Ali Aziz, Yıldız, Songül, Gülbahar and Eser Aydın and Şirin Erenler-Aydın regarding the October 1994 disappearance of their husband and father, Müslüm Aydın, and the destruction by security forces of their family home, property and animals in Sarısaltık village. Materials include the application draft, plus correspondence sent to Boyle by the Court and notification of the acceptance of the offer of friendly settlement. As the lawyer on the application form, Boyle was still required to receive these documents despite his withdrawal from the case. Kevin Boyle was originally the lead representative in Kasım Aydın's application before being forced to step down when the Commission joined the three applications together in mid-1999.
