Seven annotated copies of Robinson's 1975 map of Aran. Each map's annotations provides a distinct purpose. They add placenames, notes from Patrick King, ceathrú names taken from Colie Mhicilí Ó hÍarnáin, one map marks out divisions on Inis Meáin, one contains notes of local history about the Land League, one contains notes from Padraic O Flaherty, and one is described as 'Bóithríní in Cill Rónáin (Michael Gill)'. An annotated copy of the 1980 map of Aran specifies the names of quarters has been taken from 'Aran of the Saints' by J G Barry.

Typed list of names given both in English, and the corresponding Irish language name from the Name Books. Handwritten annotations throughout. The list is mainly the names of sites and townlands on Inis Meáin. Undated.

Following the publication of an article about the Aran Islands map in the Irish Times in Mar 1984, Kerrigan writes to Robinson inquiring about Arkin Castle on Inis Mór, a signal tower on Inis Oírr, and another at Golam Head, Lettermullan. The correspondence runs from 28 Mar-19 Jul 1984 with copies of Robinson's letters included. Some enclosures including an article by Owen Quinn 'The coastwatching service', and an article written by Kerrigan 'The Defences of Ireland 1793-1815', 27pp;

Three letters to Robinson from Timothy Collins, enclosing notes on two stories of visits to Connemara in the 1850s/1860s by the British Association, and a group of Professors Melville, Cleland and Kinahan (6 May 1993). Two subsequent letters, discussing the early steamer services to the Aran Islands and the Yorke family (4-22 Aug 1994), 4pp.

A report 'Scéim Forbartha Pobail Inis Oírr, arna ullumhú do Chomhar Caomhán teo, Inis Oírr, Co na Gaillimhe' / A public development scheme for Inis Oírr, prepared for the Inis Oírr Community Development Cooperative.

The report is in Irish, and examines the history of the area, its geology and vegetation, the native Irish culture, contemporary life on the island, and the local economy. It then outlines strategies on the following: the weaving industry, fishing, alternative energy, fish farming, education, agriculture, litter, tourism, and communications.

Draft proposal for the development of Kilronan Harbour at Inishmore / Inis Mór, prepared for the Inis Mór cooperative. It proposes two piers for Kilronan, adding an East Pier to the existing one, and outlines growth in fishing and tourism and a resulting congestion issue as necessitating it. Includes maps. Three reports carried out on behalf of Eamonn Beatty on groundwater movement on Inis Mór. They relate to an application for planning permission on a site at the lighthouse west of Oghil Fort.

The first report was carried out by Eugene P Daly of the Geological Survey of Ireland, and covers Geology, Hydrogeology and Groundwater Protection. It includes a geological map and chart (5 Feb 1991) 5pp;

The second report was prepared by Dr Richard Thorn, Acting Head of Department of Environmental Science at the Regional Technical College in Sligo, and was carried out after a failed planning application. It deals with the disposal of the domestic wastewaters on the site, and includes a map of the area, and a diagram of the proposed constructed percolation field. The report is undated, but was prepared following a site visit on 10 June 1991, 7pp;

The 3rd report is by Thomas P Farrell. The report is on a co-ordinate level survey carried out on 22 July 1991. It encloses 2 drawings showing points surveyed transposed on to the OS map scale, and concludes it is a low risk for water contamination. (30 Jul 1991) 4pp.
