Includes copy and translation of a letter from Proinnsias Ó Dubhaigh of the Department of Education to an tOllamh Diarmuid Ua Murchadha stating that the matter of insurance must now be settled with the proprietors, as they are not willing to repair the roof as requested. Also copy letter from Diarmuid Ua Murchadha to the Rev. Fr. Connolly of the Priory, informing him that they are unable to cover insurance as the roof of the building is not acceptable to the Insurance Company. He states that if their tenancy is continued, that they cannot accept liability for fire.
