The trustees were John Wilson Lunch of Renmore, Charles ffrench Lynch of 13 Adelaide Road, Dublin, Oliver Martyn of the same address and Charles Rushworth Lynch Staunton of Clydagh, Co Galway. The trust was to provide breakfasts for poor Roman Catholic children in Galway, as well as food and shelter for the poor of Galway.
