Their lack of equipment is also an issue, apathy to both sides on the part of the civilian population and the new Free State tactic of executing Prisoners of War. They cannot ambush Free State units as they are not moving as regularly and cannot take Free State held towns without an engineering section. Morale of Republican men good and advice as to the treatment of Free State prisoners is asked for.
