Includes copy will which mentions his wife Elizabeth nee Ruttledge, sons Anthony, Thomas, Peter, Adam, George, John and Christopher; leaves lands of Lisbragan and Clonfinance to Thomas; his sister Anne Ormsby and his daughters Sarah and Ann Phibbs. Executors are his two eldest sons Anthony and Thomas, of Knockmore, with two codicils dated 1816 and 1817. Witnesses are William Lindsey, Thomas Ruttledge, Thomas Semple and Thomas Murray. Date of will given as 31 March 1816.
