Copy of indenture of sheriff's sale made by Michael Dillon and Charles O'Hara to Nicholas Birmingham of Galway, late of Barbersfort, County Galway, of the property formerly held by Dominick Martin by lease, and whose interest was bought out by Nicholas Birmingham for £810. The property consists of the grounds where the old fortifications and magazines stood, along with the new markets and buildings now on the property.
