Also Beagh, formerly held by Robert G Flynn and Beaghs, formerly held by Patrick Nolan and Robert Nally, all in the barony of Dunmore. Also the lands of Jockey Hall, otherwise Peterswell, Lycknabeg, the commonage of Lycknabeg, the lands of Bushfield, otherwise Gorthnaskelry.

Copy of document entitled statement of case between John Hearn and William Kelly in relation to a debt of £768 from the earl of Clanricarde to John – noting that he was given the lands of Tynagh in mortgage for security. It states that in 1653 Ulick, Marquis of Clanricarde, gave 300 acres of the lands in question to other people, without paying back the loan. William Kelly had gone as guarantor for the Marquis, and now John Hearne was suing William to redeem his bond.

He is to respond to the suit claiming one year's rent due to the plaintiff (£142.10.0), on the lands of Cloonreleagh, in the barony of Killian, Co Galway. The original lease was between Mark Lynch and Christopher Dillon Bellew, and was dated 12 August 1819.
