The order refers to the proposal by the Council of Regency, Rampur to pay Surgeon Major P J Freyer, 11,200 rupees for attendance on the late Nawab Kalb Ali Khan and 8,800 rupees for attendance on officials of the Rampur State. It directs that only the second sum may be paid.
