Letterfax from Françoise Hampson and Kevin Boyle (signed by Aisling Reidy) to Herbert Petzold, Registrar, European Court of Human Rights, informing him of the Turkish Government's attempt to pressure Şükran Aydın into undergoing a fourth medical examination. Boyle and Hampson forward a faxed statement (attached) from Osman Baydemir detailing Şükran Aydın's encounter with the Direk Public Prosecutor and his follow-up on the situation during which he learned that the Foreign Ministry had ordered the examination. Baydemir also reports that the Government have contacted the Aydıns every day since 1 November.
