Dark coloured volume, kept by John Wilson Lynch [and William Wilson Lynch], containing wages and salaries paid to staff at Renmore House, Belvoir [House] and Duras, giving name of person, function, amounts paid and dates paid. Includes references to James Connor [Renmore], John Murphy, steward and bailiff at Belvoir [House] and Mrs. Jordan at Duras. Enclosures some loose notes, one of which is an undated draft for a death notice of Mrs. Fanny Connor, widow of James, who died at Renmore Cottage.

La Touche Co.; Messrs. Greenwood, Cox and Co.; Archdeacon Verschoyle; E.M. Lewis Esq.; Miss Phibbs; Rev. Sir Francis Lynch Blosse; Patrick Touhy; Ormsby Phibbs; John Ormsby of Lakelands, Castlebar was agent for Owen Phibbs. Includes mention of Owen Lindsay in Dublin and three loose letters concerning his nephew Anthony, Oct 1834.

Includes a letter mentioning the death of his brother Peter on 18 August 1834 (19 Nov 1834). There are also a number of enclosures including a letter from Henry Cary and a page relating to the registering of a Marriage Settlement between Annesley Cary of Portarlington and Mary Phibbs (rod 449.36a.288706 (14 Mar 1792) and three copy documents relating to the leasing of lands from the Bishop of Killala (Rev. Cary of Killala). Adam died in April 1835.

Bound volume of accounts relating to rents received and disbursements made on the Duras estate 1867-79 and on the Belvoir estate 1882-6 by John Brady. John Brady ceased to be the agent for the Duras estate in 1879. For the receipt of rents there are columns under the following headings, date, number and name of tenant, gale, income tax and poor rate allowances and rent. The expenses against the estate included such items as county cess, salaries, labour, Land Commission rent charge, lodgements made to Capt John Wilson Lynch's Galway bank account. Expenses include the payment of a quarterly salary of £2.10 to Mrs Bridget Jordan, 'the nurse', in the late 1860s and the payment of £20.5 to Joe Kenny and his family in June 1877 for their 'passage to Quebec' Canada. The expenses against the estate included such items as county cess, income tax, wages, salaries, labour, repairs, drainage costs, Irish Church Commissioners, jointure paid to Mrs Mary Wilson, Mrs Julia Blake's interest, payments to John Scott for head rent due to Lord Leconfield, and miscellaneous items such as payments made for the removal of furniture from Belvoir to Duras and Kilcornan in Mar/Apr 1872.
