-Letter from Sister Jerome asking Canon Hayes to hold his talk in November (18 October 1955, 2pp);
-Letter from Canon Hayes stating that he has to speak to the students of the Jesuit House of Study at Rathfarnham Castle on the agreed upon date of 23 October 1955 and prefers to postpone the talk until after Christmas (15 October 1955, 1p);
-Letter from Sister Jerome agreeing to postpone the lecture (18 October 1955, 1p).

A collection of medical and personal papers relating to the adult life and career of Sir Peter Freyer (1851-1921), covering a period of 50 years, with a few additional items. The collection accumulated and was preserved by Peter Freyer during his lifetime and by his family thereafter. It is made up of medical and official records, letters, newspaper cuttings, photographs, memorabilia and copies of Freyer's published writings. The collection contains approximately 660 items. The collection is in a good physical condition.
