It is further divided into three subseries: Forás Éireann (a voluntary organisation); Voluntary Irish Language Organisations Commission; and TREO 2000, a report commissioned by Michael D Higgins (TD) in 1997 to examine the role of Irish in Voluntary Organisations. It mainly consists of correspondence and reports.

Includes references to James Connor [Renmore], John Murphy, steward and bailiff at Belvoir [House] and Mrs. Jordan at Duras. Enclosures some loose notes, one of which is an undated draft for a death notice of Mrs. Fanny Connor, widow of James, who died at Renmore Cottage.
