Letter to Father Hayes from W.D. Donoghue, Freemount Parish Guild of Muintir na Tíre, County Cork. Donoghue suggests that Father Hayes alter his upcoming speech at Killarney as there 'will possibly be a large number of non-Catholic delegates from the Six Counties', and that he should ask teachers to cooperate in areas where guilds have not yet formed.

Duffy on letterhead from Ross's Hotel, Dún Laoghaire, noting the success of Muintir na Tíre's meeting in Monaghan but stating that a concrete programme is needed before the parish guild and council would be regarded as a serious venture, but wouldn't be surprised if South Monaghan was 'blazing already!' He also notes the lack of attendance at the recent National Action meeting in Blarney.
Letter to Father Hayes from Edward Fry, Manager, John Duffy & Sons circus, Dunmanway, County Cork, dated 9 October. The letter encloses a circular (not attached) that Fry is sending to every Teachta Dála across Ireland. He writes 'I think it explains itself. I am hoping that you would give your support as I feel sure the Irish Circuses with their Catholic outlook fit the scheme of your great organisation.'
Letter to Father Hayes from Paddy Flynn, St. Patrick's College, Maynooth, inviting him to speak at the college about Muintir na Tíre or the work it can do in the ordinary parish, Rural Week, and its progress in the last few years. He also asks Father Hayes to bring copies of Muintir publications.
Letter to Father Hayes from Patrick J. Gray, stationed at Goose Bay Air Base in Labrador, Canada. He writes that he can raise £40,000 now to be used at home in the furthering of employment and 'stemming the murderous flow of our youth to material fields, where as I have seen, most are apt to lie back and float with the tide.' He also congratulates Father Hayes 'for your service to our country.'
Letter to Father Hayes from Seán Hogan, member of the Sallins Muintir na Tíre Guild, County Kildare. He tells Father Hayes that even though two delegates will be representing Sallins Guild at the upcoming Federation Meeting in Sallins, the rest of the guild also want to attend. He asks Father Hayes if that would break the rules.

Letter to Father Hayes from A.P. Reynolds, Honorary Secretary, Irish Aero Club, agreeing to send an airplane to Limerick for £10 in order to give 'Joy Rides' to event attendees as long as Father Hayes can find a licensed field for landing airplanes.
Letter dated 4 September to Father Hayes from Jack Lane, O'Connell Memorial Church, Cahersiveen [Cahirsiveen], County Kerry, on behalf of the local branch of Muintir na Tíre. He notes that due to poor turnout, the branch's annual meeting was postponed until October, and asks Father Hayes if he can attend the meeting and the concurrent masses in hopes of drawing more attendees.
