Report authored by Markus Casey for a planning consultant hired by Patrick O'Donoghue, Cuillagh North, Abbeyknockmoy, County Galway. Casey was commissioned to inspect a property where O'Donoghue proposed to build a house and associated septic services. Casey found historic stone walls that would need to be preserved, and discovered a number of archaeological sites adjacent to the property. The top quarter of the document has been water damaged which has caused some ink to leach.
Includes:
-the completed report (6 January 2004, 9pp);
-copy of the letter sent to O'Donoghue by Galway County Council requesting the archaeological assessment alongside other requirements before a decision can be made on proceeding with construction (16 December 2003, 1p);
