Parties: The Abbey Theatre of Dublin, Irish Free State as the Party of the First Part, and Alberand Wickes, Inc. of Boston, Mass, U.S.A. as Party of the Second Part.

Terms and Conditions: The Party of the Second Part agrees to manage an American and Canadian Tour for the Abbey Theatre Irish Players during the season 1932-33. The Party of the First Part agrees to maintain an artistic standard equal to that of former years and will arrive in the United States not latter than 10 October 1932. The Party of the Second Part agrees to pay The Party of the First Part a minimum sum of twenty-five hundred dollars (2500.00) per week, except the week in which Christmas falls and Holy Week.
