Translations (received 27 October 1999) of internal Turkish Government communications regarding the application of Süheyla Aydın to the European Commission of Human Rights. and the investigation into Necati Aydın's murder created for the legal representatives of Süheyla Aydın. The communications reveal the documents requested by different bodies pertaining to the government's defence against Süheyla Aydın's allegations. The communications also reveal that the Diyarbakır Police requested information on Necati Aydın and Mehmet Ay on 4 April 1994 (the date they were last seen alive at the Diyarbakır State Security Court) as the Police associated the pair with three-previously captured persons accused of working for the PKK.

-Appendix 2: Report of 18 March 1994 concerning the confiscation of personal belongings taken from Necati Aydın when he was taken into custody and the report of 4 April 1994 relating to their return;
-Annex 3: Contents of the domestic investigation file regarding the murder of Necati Aydın, Mehmet Ay, and Ramazan Keskin. The investigation notes that no new evidence has been found in the case since 3 May 1995 regarding the identification or capture of any perpetrators in the murders.

Translation of the letter of Nejdet Buldan to the Secretary of the European Commission of Human Rights which contained excerpts of a new book by journalist Cüneyt Arcayürek, 'Bir Giden-Bir Gelen-Bir Bekleyen (Tales for Adults, Realities for Children 2 / A Gone-A Come-A Waiting)' which implicates the Government as being complicit in the Savaş Buldan murder.

English translations of documents submitted to the European Commission of Human Rights on 23 January 1995 pertaining to the Koçeri Kurt application and the investigation into the death of her son Üzeyir Kurt. Documents include the statement allegedly given by Mrs Kurt to the Bismil Public Prosecutor on 9 December 1994 which stated that she refuted her application and all previous petitions made in her name as 'PKK propaganda' and that she trusts 'her State' to investigate her son's whereabouts; multiple witness statements made by Kurt family members after being taken to the gendarmerie for questions; other statements made by Mrs Kurt to Government officials; and statements from gendarmerie including scene reports.

English translation of the police report on the finding of Yusuf Ekinci's body. The report states that no weapon and no empty cartridges were found near to or within a radius of 500 metres from the body, and that his car was found at a distance of about 2.5 kilometres from the spot where the body was found.
