Two copies of a letter from Tomás Mac Énrí to Seosamh Ua Neill, Runai an Roinn Oideachais, stating that he has received his letters. He states that he has not received a response to the letter he wrote to Mac Liammóir in June. He also states that the Committee are in desperate need of the £160, and that the Committee have no objection to the paying of his salary. He states that the matter of putting government representatives on the Committee will be discussed at their next meeting, but that this may be some time away as they are going on holidays [in Irish].

Two copies of a letter from Coiril Ó Mathúna to the Minister of Education, stating that the Directors believe that a raise in their grant for the payment of actors is essential, as they feel that without the correct number of actors, that the Theatre will be unable to function properly [in Irish].

Chauviré is doing a translation of the piece into gaelic, and he will pass on a copy to him when it is ready. He thanks him for his hospitality during his stay, and hopes to be able to return the favour [in French].
