Materials pertaining to the case filed by Hüseyin Ateş on 3 March 1995 against the Republic of Turkey with the European Commission of Human Rights (application number 28292/95; referred to internally within the Kurdish Litigation Project as Case 195 and assigned to Kevin Boyle as lead), regarding the 7 October 1994 destruction of his family's home and properties by security forces. Materials include the application, the Government's observations, the applicant's replies to the observation, and communication between Boyle and the Commission. Boyle and Françoise Hampson withdrew as representatives in the case on 23 June 2000 as per their letter of withdrawal (attached).
