Holograph letter from [Lord] Burlington, Chiswick, to Colonel William Congreve, Lismore [County Waterford] (to be left in Clonmel), with orders for managing his estate. Enclosing his reply to Dick Bagg, and another document on business in Dungarvan, concerned with irregularities in Bagg's accounts. Wishing to have his accounts examined and squared for the years 1690-1693; appointing Congreve, Roger Power, John Welsh to do so. Also asking him to confirm the bargain with Mr Harrisson over Drishanemore and Drishanebegg; because of his dissatisfaction with Will Browning he is eager for Harrisson to take it.
