His sister (also Drew) sends him through the same emissary all papers regarding Drewscourt she could find, excepting - so far- the plan for the house. Details of moneys due and asking him to pay the balance; his sister has paid a sum to Mr.[Brimmaghim] to whom she had bound her nephew Sam Crumpe. Offering to send Cummane's note. Family news.
