The sale concerned 1,314 acres of Rehy East and West, 1,171 acres of Dangananella East and West, Barony of Moyarta, 410 acres of Finlough, Barony of Lower Bunratty, also 308 acres of Smithstown and 205 acres of Caherteige, Barony of Lower Bunratty, Co. Clare. F M Fitt and Co, Lower Mallow St, Limerick and 38 Dame St, Dublin, were S C Hickman's solicitors. All letters addressed to William Wilson Lynch.
