Materials pertaining to the case filed on 26 June 1995 by Hatice Tekdağ against the Republic of Turkey with the European Commission of Human Rights (application no. 27699/95, referred to internally within the Kurdish Litigation Project as Case 199 and assigned to Nicholas Stewart as lead) regarding the disappearance of her husband, Ali Tekdağ, on 13 December 1994.
